Ever since I was a child, I’ve known I wanted to be a healer. Growing up I suffered from bouts of depression as I learned more and more about the complexity of human existence. Once I was able to recognize my suffering I began to seek out alternative modes of healing. Through painting, shamanic journeying, somato respitory integration, meditation and Forrest yoga, I’ve been on a constant hunt for my highest self and, along with that, my ever deepening health and ability to heal. After completing my Forrest yoga teacher training I realized it was time to step into my role as healer.

Through intense Forrest sequencing, I gear my classes towards helping people connect to their inner power and using that as a tool to break through physical and emotional pain. I challenge my students to be strong through holding long poses while using breath to discover places that can be softened. It is my goal as a teacher to create a safe yet challenging space for my students to explore themselves.
