My teaching style is flowing, athletic and highly eclectic, incorporating various influences including, Pilates, Strength Training, Plyometrics, Gyrotonics and the best practices of the many great teachers whom I have had the good fortune to meet. My classes are an improvisational affair. No two classes are the same. I like to impart a sense of play, irreverence, good music and fun to promote a safe atmosphere of positive thinking and body awareness. I use visual demonstrations and hands-on adjustments to assist my students to achieve their goals. My hope is to have my students leave our class feeling renewed, refreshed and invigorated.
