My yoga practice began in 2002 while I was living on Maui in synchronicity with my growing addiction to surfing. Over the years, I have been blessed by the great company of incredible teachers and dedicated practitioners who have inspired me on the spiritual path and supported me in the process of self-discovery and wakefulness. I spent several years teaching on the road before settling down and establishing my homebase in NYC. I am deeply grateful for the loving support of my primary yoga teachers, Darren Rhodes and Christina Sell, whose unwavering dedication and radical authenticity is a model of integrity that deeply inspires my path as a teacher. I am equally grateful to the AcroYoga community for all the wisdom, joy and love I have received over the years, and especially for my first AcroYoga teachers, Jenny, Jason & Carolyn. I have studied extensively with teachers from the Thai Massage Circus including Gwyn Williams, Arno L’hermitte, David Lutt and Kaline Kelly. I embrace its incredibly gifted team of teachers who carry the legacy of the masters who have inspired them. My greatest wish as a teacher is to inspire students to embrace the essence of who they are and to express themselves with courageous vulnerability. I offer these practices as a gateway to the heart, to reveal our true nature and deeper sense of purpose, and to facilitate personal transformation with the support of community.
