A unique fusion of two disciplines, Yoga Fight Club blends the intense physicality of kickboxing and the more fluid forms of vinyasa yoga in a no-holds-barred, melt-down workout. A vigorous and intelligent vinyasa sequence is used to warm-up the body, integrating drills to transition between fast-twitch and slow-resistance conditioning techniques. A progressive series of kickboxing techniques and drills build form and speed, challenging both mental fortitude and physical endurance, bringing students to their edge.
Classes offer an intense workout for the body and a great way to blow off some steam. Our hope is that you will re-connect to all other areas of your life with a sense of confidence and peace. Students of all levels are welcome!
