Kirsten Trued

Kirsten Trued, RYT 500-ERYT 200 is an international yoga teacher based in New York City. From an early age, movement fascinated her as she was swept from dance practice to gymnastics and then cheerleading. Her interest in movement modalities eventually morphed into a LOVE for the yoga practice. Yoga was more than just movement and feeling good, it was a personal path to inner strength and self expression. She teaches Vinyasa foundations, Restorative and Yin yoga; all practices which meet each student exactly where they are, allowing them to express and celebrate themselves. Kirsten is also a certified Yoga Tune Up® teacher and is currently studying Embodied Asana & Kinesiology with Amy Matthews.

Kevin Bigger

Kevin Bigger, ERYT-200 started practicing in his late teens, immediately after a period of massive (less than healthy) weight loss, and just before he (finally and begrudgingly) came out of the closet. During the struggle to adapt to a new physical and emotional reality, yoga provided a pathway to organize the chaos. Over the past decade of study, the practice has continued to be his saving grace. Kevin completed his RYT-200 Training with Boston's Radiant Yoga School (Chanel Luck and Bonnie Argo). In New York, he has been whipped into proper shape by Schuyler Grant and all of the rad teachers at Kula Yoga Project and is currently studying with Nikki Costello. He teaches with the hope that his offering affords students the same healing opportunities he's received from his teachers.

To register, please submit your online application along with a $20 application fee. $500 deposit is due upon acceptance.
