Kirsten Trued

Kirsten Trued, RYT 500-ERYT 200, is an international yoga teacher based in New York City. From an early age, movement fascinated her as she was swept from dance practice to gymnastics and then cheerleading. Her interest in movement modalities eventually morphed into a LOVE for the yoga practice. Yoga was more than just movement and feeling good, it was a personal path to inner strength and self expression. She teaches Vinyasa foundations, Restorative and Yin yoga; all practices which meet each student exactly where they are, allowing them to express and celebrate themselves. Kirsten is also a certified Yoga Tune Up® teacher and is currently studying Embodied Asana & Kinesiology with Amy Matthews.

Amanda Winkler

Amanda Winkler, ERYT-200 is a NYC based yoga teacher, whose style is greatly influenced by her personal experience with yoga as a tool for self discovery, personal growth, and empowerment. As she found strength in movement, her fascination with the human body led her to study yoga anatomy extensively, and to become a certified Yoga Tune Up ® teacher under the tutelage of international movement specialist and renowned yoga teacher, Jill Miller. Amanda teaches Vinyasa, Aerial Vinyasa, and Yoga Tune Up® at Om Factory, and crafts her classes with the scientific and intellectual, as well as spiritual components of yoga in mind. She believes in teaching yoga to the individual, and that any movement can be therapeutic and balancing to the body if approached from a lens of tailoring the practice to the person. In a playful and creative manner, Amanda will encourage you to embody movement on a deeply somatic level, to push your own boundaries, and to revel in your experience.
