MEGAN MOOK
Megan began practicing yoga while studying religious philosophy at her alma mater, New College of Florida. Her love for yoga grew as much from the physical, emotional, and mental benefits she experienced as it did from the open spirit of joint learning and exploration fostered within her community. While Megan's approach to teaching draws heavily from her training in Ashtanga, Interdisciplinary Yoga, and Zen Buddhism, she focuses primarily on allowing the space and opportunity for her fellow practitioners to listen to, and embody, their own innate wisdom. all in all, for megan yoga is about feeling good, learning to create an ideal, personalized experience and having a great time doing so!
