SARAH IRELAND
Sarah Ireland came to New York to follow her love of acting, and along the way discovered the beauty and the benefits of yoga practice. She is grateful to her teachers at Sonic Yoga, where she received her certification, and feels lucky to be a member of the Om Factory family. Sarah finds joy and passion in teaching a Vinyasa style class, drawing together breath, body and soul to create a fiery, fun, and uplifting practice.
