ADAM RINDER

My yoga practice began in 2002 while I was living on Maui in synchronicity with my growing addiction to surfing. I moved to San Francisco in 2003, and began a dedicated yoga practice in the traditional Ashtanga vinyasa series. In the spring of 2005, I attended my first yoga retreat at Joshua Tree National Park, and returned with the intention to pursue a more meaningful path. I received inspiration from a beautiful community of yogis and bodyworkers in the AcroYoga community, and have since dedicated myself in service to this global community as one of AcroYoga's lead proponents.

I completed the first AcroYoga Teacher Training in 2006 and lead AcroYoga workshops, retreats and immersions internationally. I also assist AcroYoga teacher trainings, immersions, conferences and events. I offer my deepest gratitude for all the wisdom and support I have received by the grace of my first AcroYoga teachers, Jenny & Jason.

I have been studying Anusara Yoga since 2005, and began pursuing certification in 2009. I have deepened my studies through Anusara immersions and teacher training programs with my primary teachers, Darren Rhodes and Christina Sell. Their loving guidance and unwavering dedication is a model of integrity that deeply inspires my path as a teacher. I am also deeply grateful to Sianna Sherman for her poetic expression of the teachings and wholehearted reverence to the divine flow of grace that she illuminates in every student she touches.

I have studied extensively with teachers from the Thai Massage Circus including Gwyn Williams, Arno L'hermitte, David Lutt and Kaline Kelly. I embrace its incredibly gifted team of teachers who carry the legacy of the masters who have inspired them. Other teachers who have deeply inspired my practice include Janet Stone, Angela Farmer and Sri Goenka.

I delight in empowering others to reveal their highest potential and watching them shine.
