During this course, students will be guided through a series of sequences, learn effective therapeutic techniques for common areas of tension, and integrate the foundational principles of Thai massage. We will honor the lineage of these teachings and traditions through guided invocations to create an intentional container for our practice. Participants will review anatomical terminology relevant to the techniques applied as well as terminology specific to Thai massage. Information will be layered progressively so that experienced practitioners and as well as new students can benefit. Experience with Hatha yoga or remedial massage methods is recommended as a foundation for this series.
