Community Acupuncture in a Soundscape of Himalayan Singing Bowls

Carrie Cegelis, M.S., L.Ac., L.M.T., is excited to share this unique workshop developed in collaboration with Coni Lopez, LMT and Himalayan Singing Bowl practitioner. Weaving the harmonics of sound with the subtle vibrations of acupuncture, they will be creating a space in which to explore the effulgent life and intelligence of the midline.

The Resonant Midline is an experiential exploration of the subtle anatomy and its foundational organizing principle. Carriewill administer acupuncture to each individual that resonates and opens the central meridians while Coni invokes a rich and harmonic tapestry of sound using Himalayan singing bowls. Together with guided visualization and engagement with the breath, we will open the door to the deeply restorative experience of aligning body, mind, and spirit with the expressive, living pulsation of the midline as it manifests in both movement and stillness. The personal experience is supported and amplified by the group dynamic that emerges.
