Catherine will lead you through a Forrest Yoga heat-building asana sequence that will unlock even the most stubborn hips and unleash energy to improve flexibility, strength, and poise in your asana practice. In this workshop, we will explore hip opening poses combined with muscle-activating exercises that will prepare you for deep forward bends, arm balances, and inversions. Stretching hamstrings and building arm strength is not enough! Feel how integrating the intelligence of pelvic muscles with deep back muscles and legs can deepen your forward bending and lighten inversions and arm balances.
