Retreat with Om Factory for a weekend of fun! Instructors Becca Krauss and Emily Conradson will lead a weekend of AcroYoga Beach Play, and Sunrise Yoga on the pier. Natural Gourmet Chef, Michael Rosner, will feed you with his love-infused vegetarian cooking.

Friday, September 12th: Arrival, get settled, 5:00-7:30pm Ocean Side Pranayama, Opening Circle, and Thai Massage class on the beach, watching the sun set on the dock, dinner.

Saturday, September 13th: 7:30-9:00am Sunrise Yoga on the FAIR HARBOR public pier, breakfast, play time to explore the island, picnic lunch, 5:00-7:00pm AcroYoga on the beach, dock scene + sunset, dinner, evening fun.

Sunday, September 14th: 7:30-9:00am Sunrise Yoga on the FAIR HARBOR public pier, breakfast, play time, 1:30-3:30pm AcroYoga on the beach, lunch, play, depart at your pleasure.
