Community is an integral element of AcroYoga. In the presence of the kula (a tightly-knit community), the wisdom emerges and the teachings reveal themselves. We will observe how our intentions gain momentum, and we accelerate on the path towards our high vision. This will be a 2-hour class experience for all levels, followed by a 1-hour brunch during which we will serve simple vegetarian fare.
