Our 2nd Annual AcroYoga Summer Festival
This gathering welcomes everyone to experience AcroYoga as a practice that taps into the power of community and illuminates the magnetism of the heart. AcroYoga teachers from across the Northeast and from around the world will be offering two days of workshops to share the full spectrum of AcroYoga for ALL levels of students.

Maha Acro Jam @ Sheep’s Meadow

We encourage everyone to gather at Sheep’s Meadow in Central Park on Sunday for an outdoor jam on a grand scale! Share your love for the practice in mother nature’s studio… weather permitting. The outdoor jam is a great environment to practice skills you’ve learned, meet new friends and get uplifted & inspired!
Sheep’s Meadow is located on the west side of Central Park. The closest access point is via the entrance to the park on West 67th Street.
Bodywork & Dessert Party
Saturday, August 10, 7-10pm
@ Om Factory – Union SquareJoin us for an evening of nurturing decadence at the Bodywork & Dessert party. We will transform Flight School into a Bodywork Temple — a chill space to lounge, enjoy sweet refreshments, exchange bodywork and connect with your community. Live music by the Delta Sound Project will create a divine ambiance in our sacred space.
